Rules Of Conduct And Discipline :

  • All students must attend the school on the re-opening day of the academic year.
  • Students should be regular to the class. Inability to attend the class due to any unforeseen circumstances should be intimated to the class teacher or Headmaster / Secretary through leave Records.
  • Long absence due to illness should be intimated through leave record supported by medical certificate within two or three days’ absence.
  • Students must be presented at 08:50 am at the school premises and maintain absolute discipline during assembly.
  • The student should assemble in the field as soon as they hear the bell ring, according to their class and section and maintain absolute reverence and discipline during prayer.
  • After the prayer, the students should quickly march to their classrooms in an orderly manner led by the class leader.
  • While the students change rooms for any class, they must not disturb the adjacent classes in any manner.
  • All the students are strictly instructed to stay within their classroom, except during the interval. In case of any emergency, they should obtain permission from the teacher handling the class or the Headmaster / Secretary to leave the classroom.
  • No student should leave the school during working hours without the permission of the Headmaster / Secretary.
  • The class prefect ought to be in complete charge of the cleanliness of their classrooms, furniture and the maintenance of absolute silence in the class, during the temporary absence of the teacher.
  • Minor offences such as coming late to the class habitually, moving about the corridors during class hours etc. are punishable.
  • All students should maintain neatness and be smart in their appearance.
  • The student uniform should be cleanly washed and neatly pressed every day. A student who is habitually late without a proper uniform and does not abide by the school rules will be asked to leave the school. A record of such breaches will be maintained in the school.
  • Parents or guardians are not allowed to meet their children/ wards or meet class teachers during working hours. Prior appointment must be taken to meet the teacher in the presence of the Headmaster / Secretary.
  • In the event of any damage to the school property caused by a student, the value of the property damaged will be collected from the students responsible for it.
  • The school will take cognizance of any serious misconduct of its students outside its premises and any serious charge be fairly substantiated, the guilty will be punished.
  • A student may be dismissed from school if he/she is habitually idle, disobedient or irregular in attending school.
  • An attendance of 90% is required during an academic year to take the terminal examination. If a student fails to have the required percentage, he/she will not be allowed to take the examination.
  • Change of address or phone numbers student must be immediately intimated to the school office for record.
  • Parents / Guardians are requested not to send their wards suffering from infectious disease until they recover completely from the disease.
  • Any communication, request or complaint made by the parents should be addressed in the diary.
  • The student should keep their respective class and the school premises clean using the bins provided for waste paper and rubbish.
  • Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones, electronic gadgets, iPods, etc. If found it will be confiscated & punitive action will be taken.
  • Gold jewellery, ornaments, Make up (Mehendi, Nail polish,) will not be permitted.
  • The ID card must be worn on all school days if lost, duplicate ID card will be issued on the payment of Rs/-100.
